I have a problem with my key lock. I can not turn the key to position II or position III. Howeve the steering lock works.
If I have the key in position 0 and moves the steering wheel is the steering lock goes in.
If I pull out the key and move the steering wheel to go go the steering lock goes in.
It all started when I jerked the steering wheel straight out to remove it from a rusty point down to the floor. I had the steering lock in when I winced.
It has happened that I can spin around the key 360 degrees. Then I have also removed the ignition switch.
How do i repair this problem?
