99 S70 T5 Why are the rear disks bigger than the fronts?

Tim, I went out and measured our S70 (not a T5) with a large machinist's caliper and the rear rotors were about 1/2" larger diameter than the fronts--most likely due to the aforementioned e-brake housed in the rear centers. However the pad contact surface is greater on the front squeezing on about the same width band on each rotor. So if we can extrapolate that front/rear engineering up from the S70 280mm fronts to the T5 302mm fronts, then it could make sense that your rear rotors are also larger diameter than the fronts.

Now all you guys need to hug and make up.

A handful of T5's had the "big brake kit" from the factory. Most were still just the standard 280mm.
