2006 S40 AC squeals on cold start

2006 S40 AC squeals on cold start

My S40 T5 recently started to squeal on cold starts. When look under the car while it starts, I can see the air conditioning clutch spin while it squeals and then stops spinning as soon as the squealing stops. This usually happens for about 10 seconds. When I run the AC it doesn't make that sound and I do get cold air.

I was reading several posts about AC shims and wonder if that will also help me?
