1998 S70 -- vinyl dash repair

I have managed to put just about everything in my S70 from time to time, even 10 foot pieces of lumber which I layed on the dash and there are a few small tears and scratches on it (dash is gray). I have no experience at all with vinyl repair so could someone link me to a good tutorial and maybe recommend what I should buy -- maybe there's a kit?

Also, the seat has some wear in the leather -- same info on this would be appreciated.

My remodeling is done so now time to get it in shape.
