2005 XC90 RPM Stable but engine surges

Hi,

My XC90 2005 has 140 K Miles on it. Engine surges a lot early start or when fully warmed. No codes on the display center neither on diagnostic tool. RPM is stable. But engine is like take long breathes and release.

Please suggest.

Replace the pcv filter. The engine is starving for air. And check your spark plugs.
