Need 2001 S80 moonroof help, it's raining all week!

Today I went to open the moonroof, and immediately heard a loud crack, kind of like the roof had been closed for years. I immediately remembered the last time I used the roof was to close it in the rain about a week prior. Anyway, it opened and I forgot about it until I went to get out of the car after closing the roof and windows. I noticed that it was up in the back, like I had hit the switch the other way a little bit. I tried to close it again and again, and each time it would immediately pop up about a 1/2 inch. I looked on the tracks for any broken debris, and I didn't notice anything. I tried the UEM reset, which helped a little bit. Now I can tap the switch and it will close after about 4 or 5 taps, but I'm not certain if it's exactly in the right spot to seal, and shouldn't have to worry about it each time. Is there anything I might be missing, or any fixes? I searched but could only find one thread about it on another site, and it wasn't helpful. Meanwhile it's raining all week here in St. Louis...what a lousy time for this to happen.

News flash Mbocek, not an S80. Is this a symptom of a faulty assembly? Is there a way to avoid replacing the whole moonroof assembly?
