On the bottom of the freaking intake manifold, oil dip stick. Couldn't get it out today. Will try again in the morning. Can you believe that? If I was running a shop and one of my mechanics did that, I would fire them.

Yo, that was a low blow! Perhaps try grabbing onto the bracket with slip-joint pliers and moving it a bit toward the passenger side (won't move much because of turned up edge) but might help break it loose--then a shot of PB Blaster. Just my 2 cents.
I just did the PCV on my wagon and it improved performance, plus cleared P0422 cat code (I have an HP cat)--go figure--but I'm all :Ds.

I could NOT get the bolt out so I worked around it. 
I have the P0422 code that pops up ever 200 miles or so.
