1995 440 se. cant get it to start

hi, new to this site first time, seems I cant get my 440 to start, got it cheap its a good car, few others had a go at it before me so I am not familiar with the history, except for it was supposed to have had a new head put on, and then no one could get it to run, so I thought I'd have a go, any way instead of trying to explain, I'll put up some photos and video so you can see and hear what I am up against and maybe help me solve this problem, I started out only wanting the alternator off it, but being so cheap I bought the whole car.

well I've tried again and burnt out the starter motor, and noticed oil coming from #3 cylinder so looks like a rebuild. so obviously there will be no more updates for a long period of time. I may just sell it or strip it for parts, not sure what to do now.
