Hi guys hope i can find a little help from you.
I had replaced the timing belt, water pump, tensioner, rollers and serpentine belt.
Thing is after this job the car makes a strange whine from the belts area at about 1500 rpm. Before it was silky silent only with the normal engine noise.
I shot a video where you can hear the noise:
The mechanic said it was normal because the tensioner and belts need to settle in but after i saw some other vídeos on YouTube with the same noise it relates to the timing belt being too tight.
The serpentine belt was routed the new way with the new longer belt.
All the parts are aftermarket.
What do you guys think?

A couple of things to check.
Pop the timing belt cover off and see if the belt is tracking on the center of, or at least not slightly off of, the camshaft sprockets. I have seen them track far enough off that they start to eat into the timing belt cover.
The other thing to check is if the tensioner roller is able to articulate around the mounting bolt. I have had a couple of aftermarket (Actually "OEM supplier") INA tensioner rollers that were obvious counterfeits and they would bind the tensioner roller casting on the face of the block which prevents the tensioner from properly doing its job.

I have taken the timing cover off and saw the belt with the engine running. It seems fine. No missalignment and the cam sprockets are ok.
I might add that a cam seal was also done because it was leaking a bit of oil.

Spray the belt with silicon spray when it's running, do it for both belts to see if it's from belt

From the video I can't tell if the noise is from the timing system or something in the serpentine belt path. I had a bad serpentine belt tensioner that sounded just like that. Since you just changed the timing components that is where I would guess it is coming from but it is easy enough to remove the serpentine belt to see if the noise goes away.
Most of the warning lights come on when you start the car without the serpentine belt but it doesn't hurt anything, they all go back out when you replace the belt.

What Lee said. Pop off the serpentine belt and see if the noise changes since you have the belt routed differently.

I've done it many times to confirm noise location and I think it actually adds life to the belt as it reduces friction a bit. Silicon spray is not oil and is recommended for rubber. You could take off the belt but that is a major pita. I've never had one belt fail on me. My old Honda had 180,000km on the timing belt and I would spray the belt every couple of years so it wouldn't dry out. The new owner is still driving with the same belt I'm sure, it had zero cracks on it. Also less friction = less heat = more life. Not conventional i know but I don't follow the heard. My timing belt has 100,000km on it and it looks brand new, I inspected it with a high powered flash light.

I make sure the entire belt is coated so I start the car and spray for I guess about 5 seconds and then check for noise. It goes on wet but then drys quicklyJimBee wrote:Mecheng: how much silicone do you apply to the belt? Do you just mist it, or get it shiny wet?
For belt life extension, I use a small dab of AGS Silicon grease every couple of years about a teaspoon. I spread it on the belt when the car is not running. Do I have proof it is a good idea, well not scientific proof but I've never had a belt break and they always look like new when I remove them. Of course the belt manufactuer will not recommend anything because it is not in their best interest, nor would I recommend doing it often (not needed) or put too much of anything. Don't rev the engine while it is distributing.
