2002 V70XC Trouble Code P0497

Just the other day I picked up an '02 V70XC. Very nice car, with high miles, for a VERY cheap price.

As can be expected, it has a few minor glitches - one of which is the trouble code P0497, indicating "Evap Emission System Low Purge Flow."

Can any of you give me a heads' up on this?

From what I can find, it's not a common problem. Could it be vacuum-related?
