V70 - XC70 Replacing Drivers Rearview Mirror Assbly

Hi there.
Can anyone tell me the best way of removing the Door Trim on my XC70 (same as V70) new shape in order that I can replace the Rearview mirror assembly which some "nice" (being polite) French driver smashed.

I wish I could exactly tell you but door panel removal is easy
