2005 S60 R Throwing Code P2178

I have a 2005 S60 R MT with a CEL on... I went to Autozone and they gave me the code P2178 as what was throwing the light... It's sporadic with rough idling... Sometimes I can start it and it'll run fine and then other times I'll start it, it'll run for about 5 seconds, then shut off... I'll restart it, hit the gas and it'll stay on... Had the fuel pressure regulator replaced recently... Any ideas as to what to start with next? I'll clean my K&N filter and MAF tomorrow to see if that helps, but do you think it could be coil packs and spark plugs?

Possible problem areas are

Loose induction...blown off turbo hose
MAF clean or replace
Throttle body clean

Based in discussion on swede speed on this code.
