Wanting to buy set of Charcoal Volans
This will show what a novice I am- I will take 15", 16" or 17" .
But I assume they only comein one size.
I assume they will fit my 2005 V70

You would be lucky to find any good set of Volans, if you do.... you can always paint them

Just coincidentally today I took pictures of a set of Volans (they are all 17") that I want to sell. I'll describe them and let the other board members weigh in on their value. I bought a '96 850 Turbo in 2000 off the local Volvo dealer lot which had a set of Volans on it. They are in good shape with the usual small amounts of road rash. The worst of the four has a very small bend on the outside lip and a small bump on one of the spokes. This one was the spare on a '96 850 R which I picked up a couple of years ago. I have to put it in the set because the fourth one of the original set on the Turbo was broken when the car (not driven by me) hit a curb and we replaced it with an aftermarket knock off -- I assume that anyone will want them all to be original Volvo units but I can substitute the aftermarket copy for the "spare" if desired. I'd like to get $400 plus shipping for the set of 4 but I'm open to their value -- but it's just not worth the hassle of shipping them for much less. I can't figure out how to post the photos with this reply so I'll post a classified with the photos later or I can email (or PM, I assume) photos. Selling because I've got a set of Columbas for the Turbo now -- want to go back to 16".
I don't know about fitment on your 2005, fit fine on a '98 XC-70 I had once but those were practically 850s.
A couple of weeks ago I saw a set of Volans on the San Antonio Craigslist. They looked OK in the photo and they were priced at only $250, I think. I'll try to find that ad as a service to the board here.
