GE begged BR to score one. GE left the goal open for BR to throw one in, that was at 90th minute.

ARG advances in penalty kicks over the Orange crush. The defense on both sides was incredible, shutting down the offense completely.
There was some justice as I don't think ARG was offside on the goal that was not given in regular time.
Two fine teams, both Cup worthy.

The goal that decided the WC (well earned by Germany, congratulations!) was really a defensive error.
The trap-and-shoot was good skills, but nothing that is beyond any good high school player.
The service from Schurrle was perfect - that was the art work.
The ARG back four (FOUR of them!) cannot leave 2 yards between him and an attacker in the penalty box, especially when he can see the service and blindside the attacker. I would have shoulder charged the attacker into oblivion as the ball arrived and left my other backs to clean up the mess.
Still, playing error-free defense for 120 minutes is brutal!
Congrats to Germany again - do we get all Bosch parts at 10% off for the next four years??
