Volvo Reload Issues

Has someone try to perform reload to any of the controllers on volvo cars lately, it seems like they have locked out all reload / software related purchase to independent shops... please someone advise what is the current news that volvo has put up... the link attached to this thread is a video showing volvo software section whereby most of all the items are uncheckable or selective...

Will look into this. In Australia there are no independant shops which are allowed access to Volvo's software. I believe it's similar in the US.

since time of memorial till now, independent / individual who have subscribe can perform all the necessary stuffs which the dealer can, i used to do some few reloads jobs for friends and neighbors who are tight to go to dealer, just this month or 2 days now, when i log into vida, the reload sections are not active any more most function-able software that can be purchase and download are not allowed to be selected or check for purchase so i am wondering what is causing this hard to select, because of this i am here to find out if some members have notice some changes

There will be new Vida soon. 2014B is last version.
New one will be online without distributive installation. So that maybe they started migration process.

well i have 2014B, but yet still the reload sections for software are inselectable, but formerly we log in and do all the things dealers do, all you need is subscription

I think doublebug is trying to say that 2014B is current version and there will be a new one soon that may fix the problem

I wanted to say that 2014B is final version. And there will be no new VIDA version like this. (Huge one that needs to be installed).
