The above pictures shows you where the lower PCV drain port comes out in the bottom of the sump, note the oil tube kinks back up turning nearly 180 degrees, if it is blocked here you will probably have to drop the sump to clear the blockage.

Connecting a length of 5/8" hose to the lower port and blowing through it is really the only way of knowing if it is clear or not. If it is still blocked get a few meters of clear 5MM diameter tube and send that down through the port to the bottom of the sump, when you pull it out any crud will be in the hose, cut off the blocked section of tube and repeat this until the tube comes out clean. If it is still blocked pour some carb cleaner down the port and leave it for a few hours, send the clear pipe back down and blow through it to agitate the carb cleaner, if this unblocks the port you will have to change the engine oil before running the car as carb cleaner will be in the oil.

Clearing out the lower port:

Which parts did you replace? I'm not a fan of trying to clean and reusing any of the PCV parts. Most of that stuff is so brittle that it cracks, breaks, etc and will leave you messed up. To much labor time to take that kind of risk.

I did not replace any parts just cleaned EVERYTHING I had to remove or touch. And yes I agree on using new parts but I just started a new job and waiting on the 1st paycheck. But since I have to drive the vehicle to work I dont want anything to happen before then. This is the first ive heard about the sump port making such a sharp bend and being able to hook a hose to the sumo port and blowing to see if you have it clean. So im going to clean the ports again, maybe I missed a spot. And I also heard about drilling the ptc nipple to make it bigger. Thats one thing I could not do was remove the ptc nipple assembly from the pipe. So maybe theres still trash in there as well. If you have any helpful tips about removing the ptc nipple id appreciate it. Thank you all once again for all your help!
