
The above pictures shows you where the lower PCV drain port comes out in the bottom of the sump, note the oil tube kinks back up turning nearly 180 degrees, if it is blocked here you will probably have to drop the sump to clear the blockage.
Connecting a length of 5/8" hose to the lower port and blowing through it is really the only way of knowing if it is clear or not. If it is still blocked get a few meters of clear 5MM diameter tube and send that down through the port to the bottom of the sump, when you pull it out any crud will be in the hose, cut off the blocked section of tube and repeat this until the tube comes out clean. If it is still blocked pour some carb cleaner down the port and leave it for a few hours, send the clear pipe back down and blow through it to agitate the carb cleaner, if this unblocks the port you will have to change the engine oil before running the car as carb cleaner will be in the oil.
