Hello,
I just did a PCV job on my 1998 S70 T5M and couldn't help but notice how cheap and thin the plastic is on the intake pipe. I was on FCP last night looking for rear brake rotors and saw the Snabb high flow intake kit. Does anyone have any experience with this? It looks like it would increase air flow, but was wondering if anyone here has bought one. FCP is asking $153 and the Snabb website is $149.
Thanks

i have it on my car. i can't comment on the difference it does or doesn't make because it was on the car when i bought it.
the part itself is fine, well-made and looks good and all that, but i don't think anything in the intake system is a choke point. performancewise i doubt it makes any difference. without upgrading exhaust, turbo, etc, upgrading the intake won't make much difference.
if, on the other hand, it's responsible for that cool turbo whistle i hear, then i endorse the snabb intake 10000%.

J-dawg, I don't have it, but I still have that cool turbo whistle. I think that's from my cold air intake.

I have installed it in my Turbo Wagon along with a 3" bore N/A manifold and throttle body. I also dropped a 628 R ECU in it all at the same time.
I know all these together made a very noticeable improvement. There is a powerful growl from the engine when in boost and it pulls hard.
