2001 S40 1.9 Turbo Engine Block Coolant Drain

I am planning on changing the coolant in my 2001 S40 and I am wondering if anybody knows where the drain plug is on the engine block and, if it requires a washer, what size it the washer?

I just looked up the directions in VADIS and it says to just slacken off the drain cock at the rear of the engine and once it drains, to tighten it back up...no mention of a washer. Also, no diagram to show exactly where it is.
