1999 V70 rear third seat swap/free

I have no need for my 1999 third seat, and any resell value this adds to car (not for sale) is minimal.

If anyone wants to swap a standard trunk panel for this seat, let me know.

I have upper, lower piece and cushion bolster too, in graphite grey leather (?)

Rear seat belts would come too, of course.

A 3rd seat swap is not so easy anymore.
Seats and the floorboards swap in a minute but to swap the seatbelts, the hatch lock take a while plus the vertical, plastic, seat back lock receptacle (that hold the 3rd seat locked and in the up position) is almost an impossibility now.
You cannot remove the existing one in your car (the one way plastic clips will shatter) and they're not available new anymore!
