2002 V40 Flashing arrow but no CEL

I just fuel my car at the gas station, got back in and went to start it and it started then immediately stalled. It took me a couple tries to get it to stay started. I drove most of the 1 mile trip home lock in 3rd gear limp mode but then it went back to shifting normally. I checked the codes and it gave P0600 and P0602. The arrow went out and everything seemed to be functioning normally. Should I just take it to the dealer to have it checked? What might be the issue?
