po172 and po455 code

1998 s70 non turbo.
So I have had a check engine light for about the entire time I have owned the s70. I got serious about fixing it and spent a weekend under the fuel tank fixing the vacuum hoses and the hoses under the intake manifold. The light went out for about 3 weeks. After that I replaced both O2 sensors and the exhaust system, 200,000 miles and it was done for. The car runs just fine and still gets 22 mpg... ish. For the last few months I have been getting a 172 and a 455 code when I first start the car in the am. Not every time but once a week or so. I clear the code and its good for another few days. Any advice or info would be helpful. I have read most of the posts on these codes but seem to be unable to figure this out.

Last time i had a P0172 code was because of a the little vacuum elbow on the left side of the intake manifold and after replacing it, it never showed up again. I do get the 455 here and there especially on a long trip but never bothered diving into fixing it. Maybe there's a small vacuum line you've missed plugging it back in that triggers code 172?
