I just got off the phone with Zak at eEuroparts.com after starting my order through the link on this site. He made sure that I got the correct brake kit and top rear motor mount for my V70 XC AWD SE. He bent over backwards to ensure that I got the best prices and all available discounts and rebates and will ship my order today from CT so I'll get it by Friday in CA and will be able to have the work performed next Monday. I'm really happy with this first experience.

I'm surprised that the second order, which consisted of struts and strut mounts, wasn't strewn across all of the lower 48 states. It had one short piece of tape across the top of the box that didn't quite close the flaps; I found it wide open. It could've been packed more tightly so after FedEx dropped the box or something heavy onto the box, it may not have opened so wide. I complained to eEuroparts and was assured that the shipping department would be notified.

Shipping employees sometimes "drop" packages looking for drugs, since one of the best ways today to move drugs within a region is by UPS, Fedex, etc.
