1999 S80 No Throttle Response

Hello

I am experiencing a very annoying problem with my 1999 6 cylinder non turbo S80, most of the time the throttle has no response whenever i press on the accelerator and other times it works just fine but with slow throttle response i put it on vida dice diagnostic cable and this is what i found:

i have had the following done with no use:

changed thee alternator
changed the throttle
changed the tps on the throttle with contactless one
changed the accelerator pedal

the car seems to work for couple of days whenever i disconnected the battery for five mins but then the problem comes back again and also I noticed that the accelerator has no effect (no throttle response) when pressed at the same time when pressing the brake pedal , not sure if thats normal

I had a similar issue and brought it to my mechanic. He claimed it was my mass airflow sensor and had it replaced. He did clean the electronic throttle body as well. Since then I have had no problems so far, and it has been about 3 months.
