I have an extra 850 turbo wagon that I bought to fix up. Engine was dead, sensors and ignition shot, fluids needed changing, etc.
It starts and runs really well and looks pretty sharp. Actual miles not known, assuming somewhere around 200k. Was well kept and maintenance done until 2006 (I have the records).
The engine has a tinking sound that will need to be fixed. With all my other projects, I don't really have time to do it.
Also, the engine bay is very clean and no accumulations from turbo leaks.
I've driven it maybe a hundred miles since I got it running. I have two other 850's that I mainly drive.
I just put it on Craigslist: http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/hnp/c ... 00712.html
What do people think? With the condition of the wagon and all the updating, is the asking price reasonable?
EDIT: if somebody in the Twin Cities is interested in buying the car, I'd be willing to help you fix the tink. PM me.

Just spoke with Kahl, his son is going to look at it tomorrow. We'll take a drive and see what he thinks.
I forgot to mention that the first thing I updated when I got this car before I started it was a new timing belt.
So no worries there.
The water pump looked okay, turning by hand had the sort of stiff feeling of new pump and no signs of leaking. Likewise, the tensioner roller appeared okay.
