2001 s80 t6 transmission or fuel ?

so to start i had the transmission replaced 20k ago and i remember when it whent out it threw codes and warning messages on the screen and u could tell the trans was shot but now out of nowhere the car is acting erratic only happend a hand full of times but ill be driving and the the car will hit around 3 grand and make a weird "feeling" it happens fast but its like it hits 3200 jumps to 4000 then back to 3000 then back to 3500 while accelerating was thinking the trans but im getting no codes no warnings nothing but i do notice this happens mainly with a/c on full blast or climbing a steep hill. now i also had the ful pump replaced a couple months ago and when they did it they broke the small 90 degree hose between the fuel rail and the hard line so i replaced it with just high psi rubber hose im goint to drive around with a fuel gauge connected tomorrow and see what happens any one know the psi i should be at for idle under load ect...? thanks guys
