Volvo diagnostic tool - Help please

Hello Friends,

Are there any of you who are in Richmond, VA area who have the Volvo diagnostic tool? Need to check my S40. It has been running rough a bit. I suspect its a fuel pump or fuel sensor but need to be sure. Previous owner said he replaced timing belt and i'm wondering if the timing is correct. Just would like to get overall readings of the car. Thank you all in advance.
