1996 850 Passenger Mirror Loose

My 850 had a minor collision with the fairly big buck last night. Saw him early enough to swerve so he hit on the front right corner not the front.

Car still drivable. Some sheet metal damage and the right side, broken corner light and passenger door scrapes on the fender. So I have some work to do.

The passenger side mirror was bent back and seems to have lost the spring loading and is just loose. Is there any way I can fix that or do I just bite the bullet an order one off ebay?

I'm really bummed. Car wasn't pristine, but it didn't have any dents.

Replace the mirror.

Thanks for the video.

It's not the glass that's loose, it's the entire assembly. It swings forward or backward without resistance.

Buy some deer whistles off Amazon. I have a pair on my wagon and witnessed a deer stop, turn and run away as I was approaching. Coulda been the whistles, coulda been a Fox but the thing did run away, I've never seen them do that before.
