Any resources out there listing what size of hoses are required ... particularly for those lines related to EVAP? I am currently chasing the P0455 code

Another great post with photos. I found a quick fix to replace hose #1 from the intake manifold to the "fuel rail" tube. At the auto parts store, I found Item # 47092 Vacuum Elbow 1/4" from Dorman Help! products. Any O'Reilly or Advance Auto should have it. I tried a straight piece of vacuum hose, but was not happy with the results or kink in the hose. The attached photo has the the hose is highlighted - ignore the red arrow.

I replaced my hose as well, Volvo doesn't seem to carry it: I tried my dealer. I was able to carefully bend a stock piece of vacuum hose. No kink.

Same here, used braided fuel line which was what I could get my hands on and looped it around to avoid a kink on the tight radius - make sure to avoid leaving it too long or it will get caught in the fan

Silicone vac hose is great for keeping shape through bends.

I stripped the darn flared fitting with 22-mm nut by trying to take it of... I can find the check valve pipe on line, but I cannot find the flared fitting. Help !

Do you mean the SAS valve? If you have it off, consider getting rid of it altogether. It's one of the first things I do when I get a new P80 car.

I have a 98 V70 T project car - that started with no engine, and I put a 98/99 T engine in and need help with routing of vacuum lines. I may have extra pieces I dont know about, or missing T's and check valves. I've read every post and still am confused about what goes where. So I drew my own diagram - so if someone could connect the dots I'd be golden. I'm trying to attach it to this post, fingers crossed. John

This is the best, with the only ambiguous one being the blue turbo hose. That plugs into the nipple on the air box hose , down hear the turbo.

You might have some things to Klooge if it’s a 99 motor, specifically

Sas air injection, none on 99
Fuel pressure regulator ( none on 99, needed on 98)
Crankcase Pcv different
Turbo control valve different
Purge valve may be different
