Anyone else having a hard time accessing 1999+ Codes?

I can click the link to 1999+ codes, but no information comes up.
I'm used to the codes for an OBD I vehicle (my '95 854T) and how to access them on MVS, but I'm trying to decipher some codes for the '01 S40 but getting nothing.

Anyone else?

If you buy a DICE unit it will greatly simplify reading codes on the '99 and on cars. Most of the DICE units come with a cracked copy of VIDA. If you are pulling Pxxxx codes with a scanner they are fairly universal and they will point you in the right direction but the codes that you pull from DICE are much more precise.
