SO you want something that lets you put 5x110 wheels on a 5x108 car?
The only thing I know of is re-drilled hubs. Adapter plates will offset the wheel more than your car will tolerate w/o rubbing. The REALLY important other thing is the center hole in wheel being the correct size for the hubs to maintain wheel centering. You can adapter rings if the wheel has a larger hole. At some point the hardware needed will be several hundred dollars and even free wheels will cost you more than buying the correct wheels.

Thanks. Well I'm a saab guy. I have many sets of saab rims which have the same 65.1mm centerbore. So they have the same hubcentric sized hub. I've got a set up 16inch saab wheels with winter tires that I want to mount up to the xcv70 for the winter, the only difference is the 5x110 vs 5x108 lug patterns.
I can mount them up, and many people have before without wobble bolts. Which will help the lugs seat properly, but if there are wobble bolts out there I'd like some, I know they are most likely custom made since the volvo lug is 12x1.75 which I think is just to be annoying.

I've been looking around for the same thing, for the same reason, except for my s70. so i'm interested in this, i'd rather use the wobble bolts than just put the stock bolts in off center if i can avoid it
