FWIW I found the issues with the ETM on a 2000 car utterly intolerable. The dealer fix lasted a while but not nearly long enough. Had the car been kept I would have gone with one of those TB's with the redone TPS setup. I'd never go near another with that system. Just my 2.4 cents.

Our 2001 V70XC is close to 160,000 miles. It runs very well. I use VIDA-DiCE to monitor vitals.
All issues has been taken care of with the help from MVS mavericks.
You must be a DIYer to own this out of warranty vehicle, else each visit to shop is close $1000, or way more.

My 2001 V70XC has only 118,000 miles on it. I've done a lot to it in the last year, after it sat for nearly a year and a half. It's now an XC "T5" with the T16 turbo, R blue injectors, silicone tubing and intake pipe, resonator delete, and loads of suspension mods.
The original owners were meticulous about it, and I have tried hard to be diligent about upkeep. Synthetics all around, IPD poly bushings and torque mounts, early serpentine belt replacement.
it gets driven hard in Colorado in all seasons. I was running 18lbs boost all summer on a JZW tune and manual boost controller. Knock on wood, still hanging strong.

Bouldergeek... can you post details about your turbo and suspension mods? I'd be interested, maybe a separate thread?
