Door electrics v70 2002

V70 passenger door electrics .... locking, window power adjustable mirror.
On start up nothing works until ignition has been on for between 7 to 10 minutes. Have removed the door trim and checked for the usual... loose plugs dampness etc. Is this a software problem in the door module?
Or the module itself? Any pointers would be helpful Thanks
