OP are you actually in SF proper or just in bay area, south bay, east bay, etc?

Yep. My last one (Valeo/Volvo OEM) lasted about 17 years and 140k miles until a crack in the passengers side tank killed it. That's a hell of a long time, so I the the $350 or so that I paid for a new replacement from Volvo seems like money well spent.

I could not find any AutoZone or other parts store to accept old coolant. :( I have to take it to the junk yard.
