Maybe you guys can help me out with this

The problems are the UP Arrow wont show if you start to ignite in position II, it already happen before, im trying to unplug the battery and took the ECU out and starting to spray contact cleaner into the ignition key hole, because i think that might be the cause from the Ignition Switch, so i wait for a day and i plug in all back together, and somehow the UP Arrow now appear in Position II. but now it happen again, i do everything like it used too but no use now, it dont appear.

Does anyone now this kind of symptomps relate with what ? because right now im confused does this happen for the cause of Ignition Switch or ECU and for worse the Transmission Mechanical it self ?
