For sale, 2001 V70xc 180,000miles. In pretty good shape, needs some work, as posted elsewhere on this forum. Interior in good shape, exterior also pretty good, everything works. 1 dent in LR door. Carfax shows dealer serviced up to 140,000. Timing belt replacement sticker under hood, but mileage unreadable.
100% honesty, not looking to dump my problem on someone else. I bought it on Ebay for $1500.00 from a local dealer knowing it needed struts and spring seats. Link to Ebay auction http://www.ebay.com/itm/221620898806 with photos, video etc.
I replaced front with 2 Sachs struts and new seats and new ball joints and had vehicle 4 wheel aligned. Replaced a broken and stuck open thermostat which kept the engine from warming up and made the oil gunky. Changed the oil and running much better. Cleaned out spark plug holes, they were full of oil, replaced plugs and coil boots and replaced oil cap It still needs the breather serviced and has a surge at idle. AWD may or may not be working, slight whine from under car increasing with vehicle speed.
Wife put her foot down and we just got a 2005 not needing work.
Listed on Craigslist for $2000.00, but for forum readers it's $1750.00
