You fuel pressure at the rail is 27 psi and you thought this was within limits?
Double that figure and that's where is should be.

Alright so I pick up my car from the mechanic. He could feel the misfiring, but couldn't get it to throw a code. So he figured it's an ignition coil. The only problem is it's a '98, it doesn't have an ignition coil. At least not to my knowledge. I didn't mention this to him as he recommended I just drive it till it comes on and then bring it in.
He also said the pcv system looks fine, although I don't know what he did to check it.But he didn't charge me for the time it's been there so I guess I can't complain.
I'm ordering the wires and distributor cap/rotor after I post this. I'll update on how it is after I install em next week.

Ah on second thought I stand corrected. There is an ignition coil, but only one. Is there a way to check if that is faulty? Or would that present different symptoms?
This is the coil that I am speaking of:
