When last time aux.belt and tensioner were changed?

Belt was changed at 190,000 miles not sure about tensioner

Remove or release the tension from the auxiliary belt, and check all pulleys- air conditioning compressor, tensioner, alternator turn freely without friction. Same goes for the timing belt roller and tensioner. I'd do this asap because if a pulley is about to seize it can do more troubles than just snapping a belt.
