2005 xc70 max boost pressure?

I was using the Torque app with a bluetooth OBD and was watching the boost/vacuum gauge on the Android app. Accelerated up a steep hill, and it was going up at a normal sweep right through the teens and highest was 25.0 psi. So I'm pretty damn sure it's not accurate? RPM, speed temp etc all reading same as dash gauges. What is the normal range, assuming it's the low pressure turbo, as there seems to be no other option and car is bone stock, not even a sticker

Nice app, as a code reader if nothing else, for <$5.00, adapter was about $20.00
