99 s70 no heat pass side ,works fine drivers

I have a 99 s70 non turbo , my heater only blows cold on passenger side, heats fine drivers all vents work as should just cold. Assuming my hot air door is not opening that side.....

Your assumption is likely correct. The motor for the vent is on the side of the climate unit just above the lower dash panel.
