No fuel revisited ! 91 940 Turbo Wgn

New relay , fuses good , pulled fuel pump from tank and connected it to the battery . Fuel pump runs . No power from wire harness that connects to the pump . Starts for a second then dies . I am at a loss .

If there is no power at the harness with the ignition 'on' and fuse #11 intact there must be a break in the wiring somewhere between the ignition switch and the end of the harness.

If you have a multi-meter check for 12v, with ignition 'on', at the battery side of fuse #11. Even though you have checked the fuse check for 12v at the pump side of fuse #11. I have had a break in the fuse box before.

If have 12v at both places then I would suggest running a new wire from the fuse box to the pump. This is not too hard to do if you follow the harness and tape the wire to the harness.
