1999 Volvo For sale Minneapolis $1,000

Just heard about a '99 in Minneapolis, at service station on Hennepin Avenue. I have not seen it but trust the info from local indy.
What I am told:

Very clean, Texas car.
Silver paint, charcoal interior. Nice wheels.
New electronic throttle body
New fuel pump (but leaking fuel line at pump).
Hole has been cut in trunk floor, so easy to work on?
Mileage ?
