1987 240 dl. real high idle/rough idle/problems starting

Hey I have an 1987 240 dl. Iv been having a lot of issues with the car idling real high.. usually when I start to drive the engine revs up and the car wants to take off. I have to use a lot or force on the brake because the car wants to go. Also if I shut the car off while it's running real high it doesn't want to start for atleast 15 minutes. First I thought it was the IAC so I took it out and cleaned it. Then I took the pcv system apart and cleaned it out as well as the flame trap. After cleaning the pcv it ran good for a while. But rhe last week or 2 it has been worse than ever. I checked the flame trap again and it's still clean.. and also while it's idling real high if I pinch the hose coming out of the iac into the intake it calms down. But as soon as I let off it revs right back up.. plz help!!?!?!?
