2006 XC70 Which should i buy?

So they looked at it and said something about the pcv breather hose, and cleaning it out. Not sure what this is about, but hopefully it's nothing to complex or expensive.

So it turned out to be just a small hose (about 1/4 inch) that was cracked, and it was replaced and the pcv system cleaned out. Of course, they had to remove the intake manifold to get to it so it took a bit of time. I'm glad I didn't run out and buy a new MAF sensor even though the code was suggesting that. Interesting thing, though, that issue I mentioned above where the fan stays on for about a minute after the car was turned off no longer happens. Might there be some connection there?
