Tie rod inner, outer, and ball joints ( replaced with control arms)

Your sway bar links are shot too, if you have replaced them in the last 3 years

Changed the oil today and jacked each side checking for play in the suspension and tie rods, seems fine. Also noticed that one tire is worn to the belts on both the outer and inner edges, center looks like it has half of the tread left. I'm guessing that this is a sign of under inflation which is entirely possible.
I've been getting tires at what seems to be a very competent town fair tire place and I'm going to let them take a closer look and align it.
Planing to put General Altimax RT43s on it.

My son says it has a rotten egg smell. Would there be a code if this is a misfire or whatever?
There are no codes showing.

Rotten egg smell is usually a bad catalytic converter. I've still never had that go wrong in all of my years so I don't have much to suggest other than you should be able to get a cat pretty cheap and have a muffler shop swap it in.

You probably just went to summer gas in your area. If the car runs well, no codes, ignore it. If the cat malfunctions, it will code.

Thanks abscate rotten egg smell cleared.

Going to finally do the trans fluid drain and fill today, looking for a writeup on it but it seems simple enough.

ITs most noticeable (the smell) when you travel away from CT which is almost exclusively Shell gas, and travel somewhere else where they use Mobil.

(ok, this is a setup)

We did the trans fluid and we had run the car for about half an hour, let it sit for an hour but the fluid was still warm. Does it expand, is that why the hot and cold markings are so far apart?
