My XC had oxidized trim that looked awful when I got it. Last year I did the heat gun treatment. That did not last long. Starting over.
This is showing a reapplication of the heat gun. You can see how bad it re-oxidized in a year.
I tried Wipe-New on the oxidized part and it did nothing. Not even performing as advertised. So I decided to heat gun the trim and then apply the Wipe - New. Has more shine and depth. This is test two and will report back in a few months.
