2001 V40 Transmission cooler lines identify

I need to identify which transmission cooler line is sending the hot oil from the transmission to the cooler and which one is the return line going from the cooler to the transmission.

The direction of flow is hot from the bottom of the transmission to the cooler and from the cooler to the upper side of the valve body cover.

Good information, I performed a flush of the transmission fluid this evening. Still having some shifting issues and I started another post concerning that. Thanks for the information, much appreciated!
