Leaving for Tokyo in the morning

Duty calls as my school is closing. Over 600 are attending the closing "celebration" in Tokyo on Saturday. I'm leaving a few days early for the event and after it's over, I plan on being in Japan until April 8. I'll check in as often as I can, but will most likely be absent from the board more than usual.

Greetings from Japan!....seen many Volvo's on the highway here....was right behind a bright red (and modded!) 850R today and took a picture of it with my digital camera...will post some pictures when I get back. Sorry, time is limited or I'd do a decent job of moderating this forum from over here.

All official school closing events ended last nights....over 650 guests in attendance. My Japanese speeches went fairly well, though I was very nervous. This morning (about 9AM here now, Sunday) I am just resting...then will go shopping. On the 4 & 5th some old friends are taking me for a 2 day over-night golf trip...should be fun! Wish I had practiced in the states before coming over here....fairways in Japan are very narrow.

Anyway, I'll post when I can. Take care...and keep on "rolling"

Made it back home this evening so I'll be active on the board again. During the last full day in Tokyo I met with some of my Japanese Volvo buddies...I took some pictures of their immaculate V70's, so I'll post those pictures when I get a chance.
