1998 V70 XC and V70, I have multiple fault codes on both

I have multiple fault codes on both the V70XC and the V70. I am trying to get them to pass emissions testing in the state of Idaho. The codes are as follows: 212, 231,232,442,448,611, and 612. I would like some information from anyone who can help me fix these codes. I did find information about 231 and 232 and will look to see if the elbow that is talked about is broken. If you can help please let me know.
