I've been lurking on this forum board as well as a few others as I've become accustomed to her layout and particular quirks. (Have historically worked on and driven fords and hondas) Took me a week or so to get used to not only the transverse mounting but to me the intake and exhaust seem backwards.
She needed a complete PCV overhaul which was a great learning tool for me on the engine. Did it myself with a kit suggested here, new manifold/throttle body gaskets as well and all that jazz long with a full ignition tune up. Had the fuel pump die out on me two months ago about a mile from the house. How excited i was when i determined it was accessed in the trunk. So I got that done and changed the fuel filter with it, Its hard to say but i wouldn't be surprised if the filter was 10 years old.At any rate, I just wanted to say hello and thank you so far! She's running a bit rich at the moment and the ECU is dumping fuel and stumbling a bit/loss of power intermittently but I'm going to try to narrow that baby down before i post asking for help as I am sure the knowledge is right here!
